More Brassica took place on the 24th of January 2026 in Galleri Résistance. Together, we followed in the footsteps of Brassica through its many shapes and forms: mustard, radish, turnip, kale, cabbage, broccoli, bok choy, etc. Focusing on the root, we made turnip-kimchi and shared a meal, exploring how brassica connects us to seasons and landscapes as well as informs relationships and culture.
