Workshop 5︎︎︎ Call for Cabbage, Skogen, Gothenburg (2024).
Call for Cabbage is a workshop which explored cabbage in relation to culture, relationships and preservation methods.
Participants were invited to bring their own cabbage ferments, pickles, and other related dishes. Together we tasted saurkraut soup (Jota soup), fermented red cabbage, whole head of fermented cabbage, Estonian saurkraut pastry, christmas kraut, and white kimchi.
The second part of the workshop was a kimjang; the communal act of making kimchi together.
