Workshop dinner continuation of foraging & fermenting done at the orangery of Gatenhielmska huset in late August. We prepared a menu to put in relevance those ingredients.
In addition, the evening opened up questions around temporality, preservation, urban food culture vs local food networking, how food is charged historically and politically and new rituals and traditions manifesting the future we dream of. Participants interacted with texts and readings by hanging their reflections on slips of paper above the table.
