Workshop 1︎︎︎ Foraging and fermenting, Gatenhielmska huset, Gothenburg (2022).
The first workshop of Garden Loops consisted of different methods of foraging and preserving food, having a conversation about how local and seasonal food consumption affects our relationship to time, place and community.
The workshop started of with roaming around the garden of Gathenhielmska Huset, foraging nettles, goutweed, and apples together with other seasonal fruits and roots, then we fermented/preserved it through various methods. Later, we moved into the orangery and shared a small meal whilst exploring readings curated in the zine.
