Food installation︎︎︎ TALES OF A SPIDER’S NEST x Sam Druant, Galleri Thomassen, Gothenburg (2026).
Garden Loops produced a food installation for Sam Druant’s exhibition “Tales of a Spider’s Nest” at Galleri Thomassen, on the 14th of March 2026.
The installation is inspired by Druant’s imaginary landscap drawing on alternative feminine mythologies and feminist thought, her work explores desire, monstrous bodies, care for the (female) body, and the intricacies of human existence.
Blending textures, colors and flavours, the food creates an immersive and sensous experience of the alien and familiar. Conjouring embodied connections to simoultaniously inner and otherworldly landscapes to escape into.
Garden Loops also took part in the collective reading lead by Sam Druant and Maria Hardin.
